Obtenir changes stem like tenir and venir but takes avoir, not être: j'ai obtenu, elle a obtenu.Helper verb
Je suis obtenu is wrong. The participle changes only for a direct object placed before the verb: le permis que j'ai obtenu, la carte qu'elle a obtenue.

Recevoir is for what arrives, whatever you did to get it, while obtenir is for what you asked for or earned. A letter is received, a permit is obtained.

Gagner is for money earned and for winning, while obtenir is for something granted or achieved, such as a raise.

Don’t confuse withpasser un examen
Passer un examen means to take it, not to pass it. To pass is réussir, and what you obtain from passing is the diploma or the mark.
Elle passe l'examen jeudi ; si elle le réussit, elle obtiendra son diplôme.
