What this table tells you about envoyer

Aux

The past participle is envoyé, and it takes avoir in the passé composé — so it never changes shape, whoever the subject is. No agreement to remember here.

Stem

The futur simple is built on enverr-, which is not the infinitive envoyer. This stem has to be learned, and it is the same one the conditional uses later.

Sound

In both the present and the imparfait, je, tu, il/elle and ils/elles are one sound: envoie, envoies, envoient — indistinguishable spoken. Only nous and vous carry an audible ending.

Easy win

The imparfait is built on the nous-present stem, so once you know envoyons you already know envoyais, envoyait and envoyaient. Futur proche keeps envoyer untouched.
